I personally tried to purchase a vehicle here. I am leaving a review of my personal experience. The seller tried to sell me a car and charge excessive scam fees. He also bragged to me about these charges. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Salesman lied that they follow state guidelines to charge 5% doc fee. I looked elsewhere for a used vehicle. Every experience (3) that I've had has been disappointing. First a Trailblazer that I traded in for had a completely cracked frame (both sides), bad brakes that had to be immediately replaced and painted over rust that was discovered only after 2 car washes. A Toyota Yaris that I test drove wobbled down the road (even after their own mechanic adjusted the brakes). I needed a bigger vehicle and one with AWD and I went with a 2013 GMC Acadia. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Neuens Auto is the prime example of excellent customer service. They were timely, professional, and answered every question I had. Went looking for a car before heading to Green Bay to buy one n only had certain amount cam helped me test a car && in a matter of five mins tops it was mine . Very thankful && HIGHlY recommend !!!!
