I went into this facility to get a feel for the place to become a potential new patient. When I walked in the receptionist acted like I was invading her territory. She started asking me all these personal questions and started acting even more cold when I told her I was not a current patient. I then went to check out the optical area to see what they offered. RecommendedAmazing first time visit. Very professional staff! They are patient, understanding, and answer all of your questions. From first moment you walk in you feel at home. Beautiful warm inviting waiting area! This will definitely be my forever eye 👁 doctor.
The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. Dr. Espy is awesome & works well with kids, too. There is little to no wait time, which make it easier when bringing little ones. They have books for all ages to entertain while waiting & the office is clean, colorful, & comfortable. I recommend this office for all ages.
Everyone who works there is super nice and knowledgeable. It was my first time getting glasses and they were able to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed throughout the entire experience, from the exam to picking out frames for the first time. A really great experience, and I'll be happy to go back!
