Jai provided me an outstanding experience. I'm so glad I was able to stop in. I loved how Jai intentionally educated me on something that was entirely new for me, while making me feel empowered and safe to communicate about my body's needs. I have rarely felt so cared for, even in my personal life. It's been a week or so since, and my nervous system is still so unwound 😌 I travel a lot, and I will certainly be back to see Jai next time I am in Austin. Thank you, Jai!
Jai is hands down, the best masseuse I’ve ever seen. The technique, expertise and talent is unmatched to anything I’ve had done before. It took a single session for me to sign up for a monthly plan and I look forward to every session I go to. As someone who works from home, at a desk all day and definitely has my fair share of posture, neck stiffness etc, I couldn’t recommend Jai more!
I was nervous going to a new place, but this studio is a really relaxing environment and Jai quickly put me at ease, and warmed me up with some gentle stretching before getting into the real stuff. I have been overworking my body lately and wasn't just looking for a gentle rub down, I was specifically seeking fascia release and pain relief, and Jai did really effective work; I felt so much better after this session. This was a very relaxing and renewing massage from facilitator Kennedy I learned of some points where I was tense I had been unaware of in my back and left feeling uplifted and renewed Also got to hear a little about the flow state and that helped to tune into relaxation more I did not get to do their aerial silk ashiatsu but I learned at neuro release they have a unique process with that and am excited to try that another time For professional , well done ,and renewing massage I reccomend Neuro Release Massage for sure
