RecommendedBeautiful and spacious apartments, lots of natural light, new high-end energy efficient appliances. Very quiet. Every thing (utilities, internet, maintenance) included in rent. All managers, staff, and personnel are super polite, helpful and professional. The covered parking is a major plus! Fitness room is great too.
Clean, Comfortable, Convenient, and Safe living in a community evnvironment with Fitness Room, Community Room, Gardening Area, and Dog Park. All utilities included through use of clean solar energy!
Don't look at the 1 star reviews this is an amazing place to live. I'm so happy to come home to a luxury apartment. Also they are very responsive if you do have an issues in the apartment.
So far, I absolutely love netZero Village. These apartments are fantastic. High efficiency coupled with affordability! They really are affordable luxury apartments. They're very large and spacious, very open with great natural light. If you're looking for a great place to live outside of the city this is it. 20 mins from Albany, less than 10 mins from Schenectady, 25 mins from Troy. Great price, location, amenities.
