We installed a 12 kw system almost two years ago. We did get the federal interest free loan hoping to decrease our electrical bill by 60-70%. After one full year ça lender year ( 2025) our electricity bill is down over 80%. I’m more than pleased. Installation was smooth and professional. Great team, great job. Low profile panels actually look very pleasing to the eye ( my eyes anyways). We had NetZero Solar a residential solar install of 28 panels and 2 batteries in the fall on 2024. There were issues with the install and the batteries and NetZero ignored all of our calls so we ended up dealing with their supplier directly. Most recently we have found that some of their electrical work was not up to code and we have been trying to get in touch and they are not returning their our calls. DON"T HIRE THEM ... ONCE THEY GET PAID YOU WILL NOT GET ANY ASSISTANCE.
