I've been a customer for 20 years. During the last service call the plumbers accidentally damaged the neighboring apartment's plumbing causing her kitchen to flood. I was charged $255.10 for the repairs. Netzel asked for documentation which I had and then nothing. They've been ghosting me for weeks. I finally had to file paperwork with the State's Attorney's office.
These guys never call you back! I was a loyal customer, they decided not to care! Good luck then!
