Our experience with NetWorth Realty in Portland was extremely disappointing. During our inspection period, the utilities were not turned on, which required rescheduling. Even on the second visit, the furnace would not turn on. This created unnecessary complications during due diligence and showed a lack of preparation. After closing, we learned the home had been flipped by another agent within the same brokerage. Since moving in, we have encountered repeated issues throughout the property.
