I recently rented an awfully old, run down vacation condo at Carolina Beach- Winds VI unit 2E. When I attempted to review the property to warn other prospective renters, I was unable to. Even though Network Real Estate's website clearly states. "This property has not yet been reviewed by one of our guests. If you have stayed at this property and would like to provide a review, please contact the property manager." It is a SCAM!
