The Dr and nurses are great. The front office staff leaves a lot to be desired however.
Being honest, reception was horrible. We weren't prepped well for the appointment and had no idea they scheduled 2 sessions same day. Clerk rolled his eyes and made comments about if he could go home yet. However, the physician, EEG tech and nurse were wonderful. If reception improves, they would have been a 5.
I am happy to say that Dr. Turner and his extremely competent, professional and personable staff have done wonders with my 2 grandchildren. I take the both of,them weekly, and they not only look forward and anxious to go, I have seen growth and changes in leaps and bounds. Thank you everyone from this grateful Grammy.

Dr. Turner and his staff are the BEST. My son made fantastic gains under their care. They are caring, compassionate, skilled professionals--i am so grateful for all they have done for us!
I implore you, do NOT use this place. They attempted to bill myself and my insurance company fraudulent charges. We went in for a follow up visit to receive my son's EEG results (which were paid for by myself and by my insurance company already). Network Neurology refused me my results unless I paid them for another office visit. After a 45 minute debate, they finally handed over my son's EEG results.
