I wont recommend to go there for a slight phone fixing service. They will charge you for full amount for the unfinished service.
I do much of my computer work myself having built it from scratch. When I get confounded I go to the Monkeys. Technology can feel a bit intimidating but these folks can easily handle your issues. Courteous, respectful, they are exactly how business should be done. My first experience with them was many years ago and they showed me all I needed was some free software to keep "malware" (bad stuff) off my computer and charged me zippo.
