Jim is amazing! Super friendly and he had a great explanation of what was going on with my ancient laptop (I am terrible with IT talk and he helped me understand it!) He genuinely wants you to get your stuff working again and doesn’t try to sell you into anything you don’t need. I will be bringing my laptop back to get a good cleaning though as he explained (and showed me) a lot of dust hair and dirt can really damage your laptop and it makes sense and I trust him so I will be doing that . Fixed my problem in 20 minutes. Had a new display in stock. What I expected to be a week in the shop was done in nothing flat. Thank you so much Jim.
We have had a number of computer problems and Jim has been the "MAGIC MAN" when it comes to fixing them. He has made house calls to deliver our machine that he had in the shop to us.
