Jim is great! I have gone to him on several occasions with issues and he has always helped. This past week, my daughter lost 2 huge school final projects from her flash drive. She was so, so upset...we went in and Jim gave us the time we needed and we ended up getting back most of what she needed for a reasonable price. He is awesome!
Highly recommend Jim and the service he offers. Not only do I call him for my personal computer issues, but as well as for two businesses that I run/manage. He is always quick to get started on a solution, and more often than not, has me back up and running earlier than quoted. Something that Jim has that I personally find commendable is his attitude and approach towards customers and their issues. To expensive I'm not that person. I had a call with you and it was way to expensive to do one small job.it was more then 100 for small job. Other people charge less around you.
He knows his stuff. The price is not bad.
Jim does a great job and provides creative solutions to issues, all at a fair price.
