This is the third loan we’ve done through Shawn and as always he is on top of everything. This one was a bit more hectic only because it was a short close, however, Shawn came through like he always has and we couldn’t be happier with our new house! This is the company to use without a doubt!
Overall we had a really great experience. Ralph was our loan officer and he did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. He worked hard to get us the best rate, as well as meet an ambitious unexpected timeline change for closing. I will admit that we were pretty demanding of Ralph and team but they handled us with patience and grace. When the process got rough the whole team was very responsive; answering calls on nights and weekends, they are truly dedicated.
Matt and April are very efficient and professional. They get the job done quickly so you don’t have to worry about things not being in order before the closing day. I enjoyed working with them when I bought my first home and now with our current house!
Matt and April were so incredibly helpful! They were great with communicating and put up with all of our questions. They were kind and gracious. April was always quick to get back to us and keep us informed. It was a great experience.
