There is NO way all these reviews are positive. Stay away from Network Funding. @KristinLongoria. Texted me and wanted to get me to apply for a mortgage loan. Very aggressive and pressuring. She said since I’m looking around for the best rate and I’ve already had a “hard” credit pull that Network Funding wouldn’t hit my credit. Well they did under a sketchy service called “CIC CREDIT”. I don’t think this is an official mortgage lender. Be careful.
Ania and team at Network Funding are a great local team that worked seamlessly to save me money both at closing and over the life of my loan, compared to Veteran's United. They had no problem processing my VA loan making the whole process extremely smooth. From introduction to closing was 39 days. When I had a question it was responded to almost immediately, even if they didn't have the answer right away they were not afraid to respond and say they would get back to me with the answer.

Steve and his team are awesome! Steve was communicative and responsive from the beginning to the end. This was over a 6-month span. His team is knowledgeable and guided me through every step. If I could give them more than 5 stars for customer service, I would. I highly recommend Steve. He is honest and true professional. His team are great as well. The team works fast and efficiently.
Sheila Ossowski did an excellent job, as usual, of getting information to me quickly and working with the fact that I am 15 hours ahead of her local time. This house was particularly important to me. It represents settling down and was everything I was looking for in a home. She and Jodee F. did more than just help me secure funding. She helped me secure a home.
I appreciate all of the regular communication!! Thanks for making taking on a debt for the next 30 years as pleasant of an experience as it could possibly be!! They were great!
