Humberto, the IT engineer, did an excellent job resolving all the issues with my work desktop. He was patient, made all the necessary updates, and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with the experience and truly appreciate his help.

Overall, the issue was resolved rather quickly. However, there was some confusion, so I have decided to share it so that the team might learn something from the issue. I initially raised the issue last week but then returned to work this morning and found it still unresolved. So, I sent another response asking for assistance. Mid-morning I received on reply stating the matter was resolved, and evidence seemed to confirm this to be true, as no longer were emails being forwarded to my customer's laptop. Network Computer Pros is by far the best IT company you could choose. Their knowledge, professionalism and customer service is excellent. We've tried other companies and went right back to Network Computer Pros. There really is no comparison. They are leaps and bounds ahead of the competition!
