Overall, the issue was resolved rather quickly. However, there was some confusion, so I have decided to share it so that the team might learn something from the issue. I initially raised the issue last week but then returned to work this morning and found it still unresolved. So, I sent another response asking for assistance. Mid-morning I received on reply stating the matter was resolved, and evidence seemed to confirm this to be true, as no longer were emails being forwarded to my customer's laptop.
