Highly dissatisfied, worked over a month trying to close on a home we were approved for on an FHA loan, one Month later, they kept asking me for more paperwork, change this, change that, they changed my loan, all along I kept making them reassure me the loan would happen, the closing would happen, they had me pay 2 appraisal fees, inspection fees, had the owners invest in fixtures, and last thing they wanted was for me to take a home owners course which at that time and 1 week from closing, unreturned calls and lots of bull ... read more

He was very knowledgeable about the product he offered and was able to offer a solution for me. He was always available and offered very detailed answers to all of my questions. He always followed through and was very thorough. I highly recommend working with Mr. Stratt.
