Nice staff, Great service!
I take my trucks to Network because they repair what needs to be repaired. The other places I have taken my trucks have charged me $$$ and the guys at Network had to either redo the work or fix/repair what I was charged for by the other company.
I stopped in today and requested to have my front brakes checked because I noticed a noise. upon inspection, they found that the previous mechanic had not torqued the front wheels properly. they also found 2 broken studs after replacing them and checking the other wheels the noise was gone. They could have sold anything at that point seeing I am from out of town and at their mercy. But they did an excellent job and diagnosed the problem and got me out of there with a minimal expense. Derrik and his team went above and beyond what was expected. In for an alignment and when the camber bushings that I had installed were not working for them at no cost he replaced them and covered the install labor which was a blessing. They seem to be an excellent, honest place who I will be bringing my other vehicles to in the future.
I’ve been going to Network for years and always have the most amazing experience. It’s great to have a team of nice people that take care of me and my vehicles. Thank you guys so much for being a trusted friend in my corner when it comes to vehicles! You rock!
I have been bringing my car to Network Automotive Queen Creek now for over 3 years now. They are always able to get me in quickly and let me know about possible work needed by the time I get my next oil change. I really appreciate this and it gives me time to save my money for it and not have it be a surprise.
After years of going to the same service center for my car, a friend recommended network automotive on Rittenhouse. I cannot be happier with the service and just the way they treat people. Amazing and very refreshing!
