Very professional and seemed very knowledgeable . Easy to work with and kept me updated as I waited.
It was a good experience. I came on Saturday knowing it was going to be busy so I was gonna drop off my car. They were able to get it in and fix my alignment before me leaving the facility. They showed good proper sanitary preventative measures due to the recent covid pandemic. They quoted a price for my alignment, but since they did less work because my ScionXB2011 alignment wasn’t out of place to a major extent, they lowered the price. That showed honesty and integrity.

I recently went on a road trip and before I left I was told I needed to change my belts. Nissan quoted me well above the normal price, so I decided to look around. I can't say enough good things about Network Automotive. The were so busy and still were able to fit me in a day before I had to leave. Chris was helpful and offered me a quote in such a quick time. Best #1 service I have ever received they would call me same day to let me know what was wrong with my truck they did a fantastic job about being very affordable great quality work and great quality service is very hard to find these days
I had wheel work done on my RV. Making the appointment was easy. They ordered parts, got me in and out quickly and used disposable floor mat and seat cover to keep my interior clean, all at a reasonable price. I intend to use them for my next service. You should check them out. Bob D.
