I've literally never experienced worse customer service in my life. This company is untrustworthy, incompetent, and absolutely reprehensible. For all future services, I will be taking my car elsewhere- and recommending everyone I know to do the same. This company does not care about their customers - or their customers' money. 100% would rather drive 2 hours away than go to this body shop again. It is not worth the time, energy, or money you'll lose out on due to their negligence and ignorance.
