I was in an accident...called Mercedes of Encino..spoke with Ralph, later told that Ralph was not affiliated with Mercedes, who immediately had my car picked up in that afternoon and towed to his shop.....I was advised another body shop would be better for the repair of my damage. I called first thing in the next morning and told them the car would be picked up. Honda send my car here because they accidentally hit my car. Ok that was a Honda issue ...BUT I went to pick up my car at Honda , a it had a whole NEW dent in the back passenger door !
