Financial Abuse by Bad Business Practice. We signed a one year contract with this company, which, (as usual) costs more monthly than a multiple year contract. We routinely do this so that we can evaluate services and shop competitively. Now, that it has been well over a year (16mths), they refuse to cancel our services. I am outraged for several reasons. 1) We pay higher monthly premiums to have the shorter contract. Multiple years receive a discount.
