The meat's are awsome !!!!
We took two hogs to get processed and it was a total mess. A lot of the employees are new. They lost the 4 hind legs and had to replace them with someone else's. I don't really know if we even got any of our own hogs back. I will say we love Nettles sausage but they have changed the recipe.
They taste so very delicious
it has totally changed like they are adding mechanically separated chicken and more preservatives......go back to the original recipe
