History Established in 2017. A neighborhood bar built around a re-purposed 1900's-era structure in the Historic West End neighborhood of Houston, Texas. My fave HTown bar. Awesome staff and I like that even though it's mostly an outdoor bar anyway, they made a lot of changes to be Covid safe for both their patrons and staff.
The owner of this bar threw punches at my friend because he forgot to wear his mask in the restroom. He then pushed and spit at everyone in our group.

Great outdoor venue! Super friendly staff and They’ve taken mesures to keep everyone covid safe. I love that they care about the safety of everyone especially since Covid numbers are on the rise. It’s also Pet friendly 😊 We love bringing our pup ❤️ Great neighborhood bar!!
Nett bar is a super cute indoor-outdoor bar with lots of patio space (and the necessary fans to keep it cool) and a lot of TVs (including huge screens for the sports fans). They’re dog friendly, which I love, and they have cornhole and other activities, making it a great chill spot. The bartenders are great - especially Ro. I get we are trying to be safe but seeing an owner go above and beyond to belittle and berate people in my group was beyond disgusting. There’s plenty of other places to go without dealing with the shrieks of a overly irrational reaction to take a piss.

Unfortunately your friends could not seem to understand that a mask must be on at all times when you are not seated. We feel very strongly about this and we enforce it constantly. Your friend was asked to leave because he would not comply. We understand that he doesn't think he has to follow the same rules as the rest of us so we kindly ask that he takes his entitlement to any other establishment. Please don't bring it back to NettBar. This is the best patio bar in Houston! Beyond the best bartenders, friendly management, awesome outdoor space/games. We have been coming since the opening of Nett Bar.. no point in going anywhere else around the Washington area!
