They are cheaper than the other payroll companies but in the end you get what you pay for. They made a mistake on my W-2 and have been waiting over two weeks for them to fix it. When I spoke with the owner of Net Pay, Rick Foreman he told me too bad I had to wait like everyone else, as the company that I worked for all had the same issues. WOW!
Was referred to this company by my neighbor and have been very pleased with the quality of customer service they have provided. They have been very understanding and were willing to walk me through how to set up payroll. I am especially impressed with Kayla Gonzalez from her professionalism and expertise.
This company blows me away at how unprofessional they are. They have induced anxiety attacks because it's unnerving that these people are handling paying my employees. We have had numerous supervisors and all of them have been unresponsive. Of course, sometimes they do their job but I'm upset that I was ever recommended using this company. It feels like they employee people who have little to no experience in this field and then provide zero training for these people. Marginal at best. Agents don't respond to requests. Emails are "lost" No ownership of accounts.
Horrible Company! Constantly changing personal from customer accounts without proper training and do not take ownership of mistakes.
