Love this place The neighborhood is great, quiet and peaceful. I've lived here for 6 years now, recently moved from an apartment to a townhouse and they are really. really nice and spacious. The leasing office makes sure to take care of issues in a timely manner and is always willing to work with you on times maintenance can come to fix anything if needed, (especially with pets which is super appreciated). Maintenance seems super short staffed but they make sure to do things in a timely manner and are super friendly and help... read more
Quiet, peaceful complex I enjoy that even though it’s a big complex there are still tons of areas to hang out around and see nature. I’ve lived here a year and my experience has been safe and peaceful!! the complex itself is a pleasing location to look around and be around.
Excellent Management We went there to sign our lease with Karen, she was excellent! She made the whole process easy and was very thorough. Driving around the property, everything looks very clean and tidy. My wife and I are very excited to join the Ridgedale Manor community! Thank you, Karen!!!

Very clean, quite, and affordable I definitely recommend living in ridgedale manor. The staff are super friendly, warm, and welcoming. My neighbors are easy going, respectful, and friendly. I have no complaints living here. It’s quiet ,clean, affordable, and all around a great space to be in.
So Pleasant Just moving in. It was the easiest process ever. An actual person reached out to me and had a conversation about options and whats best for me. They were very thorough and nice the whole process. 10/10
