Netherbay is an amazing place. The staff is kind, professional, and really attentive to both residents and their families. The whole place has a warm, welcoming feel. The director of sales, Hannah, is amazing. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to make sure families feel comfortable and supported. It’s a place I fully trust to take great care of their residents.
The place is beautiful and the Care staff are wonderful
Thank you to all staff at Netherbay -- from the administration to the aides, nurses, maintenance and food service and anyone we may have missed. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful since we moved our sister here when you opened your doors. It is nice that the families are included in so many of the things you do.
