Reading the other reviews, my experience makes sense too. Our title agent Amanda showed up 20 minutes late to closing and then wanted to give me unsolicited advice on my property, which was rude. I think it's fair to get the basics down before I listen for life advice. Then found out later my property didn't change owners because the tax assessors told me a legal description wasn't submitted with the deed. I would not recommend using these people.
