I prefer INSA, because ifs not as busy, and their staff is better. I had a guy deny me a chocolate bar saying its only medical, but my sister was able to get one. and is not medical. that really disappointed me as i live far away. I was going to buy 5 because there was no limit. That REALLY ticked me off. one thing i love, is they have a medical only section, where at neta, if there are medical patients waiting in line, they get helped first. you can be waiting literally an hour, and a medical person can walk up and get help... read more
great staff, beautiful facility, awesome products.
on a Saturday afternoon line was nothing to speak of. I used the Reserve ahead and had no line whatsoever and even the regular line is probably only about a half hour wait

How do I get in touch with someone? I've been calling and calling and no one is picking up. There used to be a FB page you could message, but I can't seem to find it.
Just there.... I was threatened by the hotel across the street that if I park there I’ll be towed... told I cannot park in NETA lot by police(over 10 empty spots) Then when I park behind NETA(employee parking) I’m told by NETA staff that I need to park in the hotel lot where I was just told I’ll be towed from..... INSA Easthampton doesn’t have these issues!!! I’ll be going there from now on....
