I used to love this place ... but I can’t justify the fact that they’re financially screwing their medical patients in the middle of a pandemic. To explain ... NETA recently switched an entire product line (Rubi) over to one that was far more expensive (Pax) and offers far less product for the money you spend. Rubi pods were 500mg and $60/each. very rude staff you can't even complain cause you get banned.. hilarious lol. so medical patients you will be treated with no respect. its funny cause google reviews don't lie i did research and they being treating customers very rude for many months. GM do your homework and start benching some of your players cause they are making NETA look bad starting from the door.

Orders must be in by 7PM. Was online at 6:58. 7:00, pick up times were already up, were only during the evening hours? You can only pick up during evening hours? Was a great place until they limited their clientele. Guess they won’t get business from me. Shame
