If I could do negative 5 stars, I would. We initially engaged with NetWorks Consulting to assist with our IT needs, including the purchase and setup of laptops. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Communication was slow and inconsistent, with long response delays and a lack of follow-through on requested information, such asreceipts and tracking details.
