They just want your application fees. And just fyi even if you apply first it’s not first come first serve. They also didn’t offer to transfer anything over. They just lie to make themselves look better.
Horrible company to work with
1/21/25 Updated review*** circling back after a few months!! Every maintenance request has been handled quick and efficient and anything needed has been very minor, the house really was in excellent working order and condition upon move in! What really stands out to me…. Is that they didn’t just make the house LOOK nice, they made sure it was truly ready for a busy family to live here!!! Maintenance is very polite and professional. We are new tenants to Net management! But Amanda and Chelsie are truly wonderful!! We ran into some bumps with our move that almost delayed it, due to prior tenants doing fairly extensive damage…. Instead of just covering it up, running a carpet shampooer and calling it a day, which they very well could have given the fact our lease was already signed. (What MOST property management companies would have done and surely both of our prior landlord would have also done) Net management instead replaced all the carpet with brand ... read more
