Customer service is horrible and after numerous attempts to speak with the manager regarding a refund I was told I would be getting and never received I still have not heard from her/him. I was unable to travel due to undergoing medical treatment. I provided a Dr's note as requested and have done everything that was asked of me. I had paid the reservation in full for 2 nights and was told I would be issued a refund but nothing was ever refunded and no contact has been made even after numerous attempts on my part. The Hotel is good, refrigerator in each room, 3 Minutes walk to the subway, 10 minutes away from Manhattan, but the WiFi was bad and I couldn't use it from my room, I've to go down to use the WiFi.
The best hotel in Queens!!! They have the best service. And also you have life house ministries in the basement,every Sunday 7pm. You are welcome to us church.

Bagno pulito e ben fornito. Colazione davvero ottima con buon assortimento, anche se mancano prodotti salati. Il personale è estremamente cordiale, accogliente ed efficiente.
