My mom was very disappointed she had an 11:00 appt, the called and asked her to come at 9:30. She said yes was there at 9:15, patients came and left, she asked what was the wait because she was asked to come in early. Mind you she is 88 years old. Over 2 hours past, she never saw the dr, was supposed to get an Echocardiogram that was never done. Great office, great service and Dr. Demonizing is great, very knowledgeable, explained everything so clearly. Felt really good after all my tests and the results

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of organization and communication in this office. The staff is uninformed and unreliable—they promised to obtain my mother’s medical records but failed to do so, resulting in her being unable to proceed with necessary tests at her appointment. My mother, who recently suffered a heart attack and requires urgent care, was rescheduled for four months later, despite needing a procedure within three months.
