Lemon water is awesome
Loved this service until I didn’t. Don’t get trapped by this company. Don’t ever subscribe because you’ll have a hell of a time with your service and then when you try and quit it, you’ll have a hell of a time. Said they delivered back in last year sometime, but I never received the bottles. Granted, I live in an apartment complex that is fairly difficult to access but I have made every attempt to communicate proper instructions to the delivery drivers. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Since day one when I set up my account they were horrible. They never delivered my water. I had 5 different reschedule days and everytime they had a different excuse to why the water was not delivered and when I called customer service they were NOT helpful they didn't care about my issues finally I canceled my account and called a different company and they delivered my water in 2 days.
One of the worst companies ever! Does not deliver on delivery day. Dishonest and customer service is non-existent. We've had numerous delivery issues. Spoke with Francia, she was not only not knowledgeable but unfriendly and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor a stay away from this company. It will save you time and headache.
