Find another company to delivery you water or just get it yourself. It will save you a lot of frustration. They are unreliable, constantly changing your delivery time, during the summertime don't even bother. Its a coin flip on when you will actually receive your water. During the winter they are good unless your delivery date falls on a week that the weather is supposed to get bad. Their excuse is always that they are short on drivers every year.

Loved this service until I didn’t. Don’t get trapped by this company. Don’t ever subscribe because you’ll have a hell of a time with your service and then when you try and quit it, you’ll have a hell of a time. Said they delivered back in last year sometime, but I never received the bottles. Granted, I live in an apartment complex that is fairly difficult to access but I have made every attempt to communicate proper instructions to the delivery drivers. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER! Since day one when I set up my account they were horrible. They never delivered my water. I had 5 different reschedule days and everytime they had a different excuse to why the water was not delivered and when I called customer service they were NOT helpful they didn't care about my issues finally I canceled my account and called a different company and they delivered my water in 2 days.
