Reliable repaired our a/c unit over a year ago. When it stopped cooling today I called them and Chris said he’d send a tech out today. When the tech he had assigned to our job was tied up he said he’d come himself. He did and was able to get the unit working. So grateful to him and Reliable for getting us back up and cooling! Even though the repair wasn’t covered due to the timing, he didn’t charge me. For that I’m forever grateful and feel blessed! Thank Reliable Standard and Chris.!
Chris showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. Turns out a fuse needed replacing — simple fix, done in under 30 minutes. AC is working great again. I appreciate the honesty and efficiency.
When it rains, it pours but thankfully the gentlemen here are very prompt and accommodating on getting us on their schedule. Our Air Conditioner hasn’t worked this well in a long time.
Used these guys for my annual AC tuneup on one of my rentals. They were very responsive and I was able to provide my tenant’s number for them to coordinate directly. Pricing is good and their professionalism was appreciated. Will be doing more business with them going forward
