Within the first week of going to Dr. Nester I noticed a change in how I felt. My upper back wasn't hurting as much my legs felt better as I was on my feet at work. The second week has been life changing... I've noticed my posture is better, my headaches are significantly less, and the pain I had in my upper back is gone (as long as I am holding good posture). Dr. Nester has helped me tremendously. If you are thinking about going to or switching chiropractic care, you should definitely check him out.

Dr. Nester is an excellent chiropractor! On my 2nd visit I had a 12 year old with me. After she watched what Dr. Nester was doing during my visit she was amazed. In the car ride home she said "What he does is magical"....out of the mouths of babes.
