Dee was amazing! I was in a huge time crunch, and very stressed after moving from another state, and Dee was just the nicest and extremely patient. Some people are just made for customer service, and she definitely fits the bill! Thank you so much!!
Clean storage facility and friendly staff.
Dee saved the day!! I drove by this public storage location at 1:45 on a Saturday after I was turned away by the USPS because I needed packaging tape to ship my already purchased and packed priority flat rate box. The door was locked, but Dee opened willingly and Graciously let me borrow packaging tape to secure my package and I made it back to the USPS before 2 PM to ship it before I left town. I’m so grateful for her willingness to open the door even though they were closed and help out someone in need! She has no idea how... read more
The facility is always kept clean and secure and, Dee, the on site manager, was a pleasure to work with!!
