Someone is living in (building i) at this public storage. I call it in a week ago and the person is still living in a storage unit with their small dog. Makes me uncomfortable organizing my stuff and I hear someone moving around down the hall.

I had to change my review, originally when i got the storage unit the experience was great, easy, fast, friendly, adorable, great location as well, but then 3 months later they increase my rent almost 40% more and there was no option to reduce it, basically had 30 days to move the stuff, the front desk people are great i loved working with them and there wasn’t anything they could do just a bad experience with the jump in rent.
