The units are pretty lock tight Jason was a greater help
I had to change my review, originally when i got the storage unit the experience was great, easy, fast, friendly, adorable, great location as well, but then 3 months later they increase my rent almost 40% more and there was no option to reduce it, basically had 30 days to move the stuff, the front desk people are great i loved working with them and there wasn’t anything they could do just a bad experience with the jump in rent. Clean, quick and professional. Jason was nice and explained everything completely. I had my unit and keys within about 30 minutes.
