My spouse and I were first time homebuyers. Melissa Rose was friendly, helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. She helped make our home buying process easy and efficient. She quickly answered any questions so we could make informed choices, guided us through what could be an otherwise complex process, protected us from the 2021 market insanity, and held our hand the entire way. I would definitely recommend working with Melissa when buying a home!
RecommendedI can’t recommend Erin Lewis at Nest Realty strongly enough. Erin guided us through the process and answered our questions expertly. Erin’s infectious upbeat attitude and her drive to make sure you are prepared set us at ease. The amount of time and effort to stage our home and have it ready for pictures is something I haven’t witnessed before. All her effort resulted in us receiving an offer with 24 hours of putting our home on the market. I want to put another house on the market just to work with her.
Ray Nelson helped us find a great home. He traveled an hour+ to the DMV to view listings and listened to all of our questions and concerns. He was very flexible towards our schedules. I would highly recommend Ray and Nest Realty!
Mel helped us buy land one year and a house the next year. She is absolutely amazing. She is quick to answer any questions you have. If she doesn't know the answer, she is quick to figure it out and get back to you. She is by far the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with.

You could improve by not allowing "agents" to simply sit back and do nothing in the hopes that a home sells itself. Said "agent" would be happy to collect the commission when it does, and when it stalls, they force you to pay to get out for their contract when they try to hire someone who is actually willing to do the job right. 😡🤥
