James called me right away when I submitted my service request online and it was later Wednesday night. We set up an appointment for Friday between 10am-1pm and the service people never showed up. Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Questionable expertise: Their field tech: "plywood is thicker than metal flashing. Metal flashing won't do anything against raccoons." I tried to argue that raccoons/squirrels can easily chew through wood but he was looking at me like I'm stupid. ??? Poor communication and bad scheduling: I never could tell what time they were coming and if they gave me an approximate time, they were never on time.
