During my first prenatal appointment, I was not comfortable doing the blood pressure check. This was my first pregnancy and I was so scared to even move the wrong way because I didn't want to loose baby. The office assistant made me feel so dumb and that my concerns were pointless for refusing the check, instead of showing grace or explaining why the check was important. She was very pushy. If I could give no stars i would these guys have been dishonest with me to the point where they said I had a weird bacteria that showed up in my blood work so they prescribed me antibiotics I come to find out from my pharmacist that the antibiotics they were trying to give me would harm my baby not only that but I had a follow up with my family dr and he told me my blood test came back negative he doesn’t know why they would prescribe them to me in the first place needless to say I will not ever go to them or recommend them ... read more
By far the best experience! The all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The Dr Nicole was warm and understanding. Her humour was also fantastic!! I felt heard and respected more than I ever have! If you need to get an IUD placed or replaced, this is the place to go!! All of my concerns were heard and dealt with.
Amazing experience with all the doctors but Nicole went above and beyond!! Definitely recommended this place! As a first time mom they were super kind and always helping. Reception is also great service. All the staff amazing!
