Couldn’t be happier with how thorough and precise this inspection was, and how detailed and helpful the inspection report was. August is a true master of his craft, and his knowledge of the intricacies of how houses work—and where potential dangers may be—is astounding. The report had lots of clear, helpful photos, and separated out urgent issues from minor ones. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend his services to anyone.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Nest Home Inspection. The attention to detail and depth of knowledge was unmatched. I used Nest Home Inspection for a recent home purchase in Baltimore and August was very thorough in his documenting and explaining any deficiencies that could be of concern. August recently completed a home inspection on a home I was interested in purchasing. I couldn't be more happy with the service he provided. He arrived at the home early and had already looked over a few of the external features of the home with the agent by the time I had arrived.
