Sadly, I had the polar opposite experience with customer service. The two women at the checkout counter were engaged in a gabfest with each other and did not acknowledge my presence when I entered nor at any time during my shopping foray. I walked by the checkout counter and still no recognition. I found the item I was looking for at The Nest. However, the utter lack of anything remotely resembling customer service from the two employees sent me online to purchase what I wanted.
Lots of options for window coverings, blinds, drapes, curtains. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Really a great place!
