Shane Bruckner with Nestegg was the selling agent for the house that I bought. He was in breach of his contract due to the fact that the house does not have running water. And when my realtor went to access the contracts they magically disappeared that was noted removed by Shane. Now currently I cannot move my 2-month-old son and wife into the house. I can't understand why is simple fix is about to be turned into a big problem because of a Realtors were coming and wanting to cut corners and not do the job right.

I live in a house next to one owned by nest egg realty. We have a fence between our properties that is rotting and falling down, and we additionally have a giant tree that fell and damaged my garage, resulting in $6000 worth of repairs back in October. The house is owned by Nest Egg realty, no one lives there. We have been trying to reach them to fix the fence as it literally fell down due to snow, rot, drainage issues etc. We were only able to reach the listing realtor. He was helpless.
