Terrible company, no refunds allowed, they lie to make sales, HIGH pressure sales environment and they know you can’t get your money back! They had to shut down their Raleigh location because of their terrible customer service and horrible predatory practices. Don’t go here, their stuff is cheap and the owner is a liar!!!

Great customer service while you’re in the store spending hundreds of dollars, but once you walk out the front door, you are dead to them. I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will NOT go back, which sucks because I love the items they have in the store.
