I would appreciate a response from management regarding this situation. On April 8, 2026, my partner was inside your store waiting to assist an older couple who had purchased a large furniture item. He was there for a clear, legitimate purpose tied directly to a sale. Despite this, an employee told him to wait outside, effectively removing him from the store. The store has beautiful home decor, you only have a three day return policy! Brought back a small product after eight days and was turned away from any credit or in-store credit! I personally think it’s bad business! So if you’re buying from the store, just remember the return policy you only have three days

Great store but does not have a bathroom for customers. Bought items before, but refused to buy wreath and Christmas picks this year.

The owner should learn how to better speak to customers, I was turned off immediately with her assumptive tone. I mentioned the lovely change in floor plan with a more Fall, warm decor and she went on to say she changes the floor plan weekly I must not come enough or I would know this…very matter of fact and not meant to be funny. Then I asked for her suggestions on some decor and the convo went south very quickly. I had to let her know I didn’t come in to argue with her!
