The owner should learn how to better speak to customers, I was turned off immediately with her assumptive tone. I mentioned the lovely change in floor plan with a more Fall, warm decor and she went on to say she changes the floor plan weekly I must not come enough or I would know this…very matter of fact and not meant to be funny. Then I asked for her suggestions on some decor and the convo went south very quickly. I had to let her know I didn’t come in to argue with her! Terrible company, no refunds allowed, they lie to make sales, HIGH pressure sales environment and they know you can’t get your money back! They had to shut down their Raleigh location because of their terrible customer service and horrible predatory practices. Don’t go here, their stuff is cheap and the owner is a liar!!!
Great customer service. I had an issue with a rug and they took care of me. No problems and no worries. Thank you Nest Decor!!!
Love this store. Randol the owner is amazing!
Great customer service while you’re in the store spending hundreds of dollars, but once you walk out the front door, you are dead to them. I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will NOT go back, which sucks because I love the items they have in the store.
