I would appreciate a response from management regarding this situation. On April 8, 2026, my partner was inside your store waiting to assist an older couple who had purchased a large furniture item. He was there for a clear, legitimate purpose tied directly to a sale. Despite this, an employee told him to wait outside, effectively removing him from the store. The store has beautiful home decor, you only have a three day return policy! Brought back a small product after eight days and was turned away from any credit or in-store credit! I personally think it’s bad business! So if you’re buying from the store, just remember the return policy you only have three days
Great store but does not have a bathroom for customers. Bought items before, but refused to buy wreath and Christmas picks this year.
The owner should learn how to better speak to customers, I was turned off immediately with her assumptive tone. I mentioned the lovely change in floor plan with a more Fall, warm decor and she went on to say she changes the floor plan weekly I must not come enough or I would know this…very matter of fact and not meant to be funny. Terrible company, no refunds allowed, they lie to make sales, HIGH pressure sales environment and they know you can’t get your money back! They had to shut down their Raleigh location because of their terrible customer service and horrible predatory practices. Don’t go here, their stuff is cheap and the owner is a liar!!!
