Would not recommend this place ! After charging me $2,200 to move in they wanted to kick me out 3 days later saying my apartment smelled of weed . I got the call around noon about it but I left for work at 6am with proof that is when I left after that the neighbor tried multiple times to enter my apartment and make complaints about me . I reside at the Northview Apartments, and definitely will not be renewing my lease next year. I had to, beg and plead to get holes sealed up to keep out mice that this property has. Last year my air conditioner broke, and they refused to fix it. I signed a new lease with the promise that my air was going to be fixed, and nope it's been 90 to 97 degrees in my apt. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The botch fix everything instead of properly fixing things. We have been stuck here for 3 years and have delt with bed bugs, mice infestation and rude employees. They put a notice on my door for non renewal of my lease with no probable cause. Just had inspection and was told we passed yet not we have to move? My apartment building has been without a working boiler for the entire year. We have zero heat in our building and probably not the only ones. Stay far away from Nest properties. Make sure to contact ypur local housing inspector if this happens too you.
Okay I'll say it since nobody else wants to. They're a little bit too proud of their properties and some of them are surrounded with the kinds of neighbors that you don't want surrounding you. Several of them have a lot of damage and they are in disrepair. The staff is friendly though and they are prompt at getting things done if you need anything done.
