I would not recommend this place to anyone. The botch fix everything instead of properly fixing things. We have been stuck here for 3 years and have delt with bed bugs, mice infestation and rude employees. They put a notice on my door for non renewal of my lease with no probable cause. Just had inspection and was told we passed yet not we have to move? Not even sure how they get away with not being deemed as slum lords as we have had mice so bad they jumped on my head, let these people tell it it's us yet they don't do anyth... read more
My apartment building has been without a working boiler for the entire year. We have zero heat in our building and probably not the only ones. Stay far away from Nest properties. Make sure to contact ypur local housing inspector if this happens too you.
Okay I'll say it since nobody else wants to. They're a little bit too proud of their properties and some of them are surrounded with the kinds of neighbors that you don't want surrounding you. Several of them have a lot of damage and they are in disrepair. The staff is friendly though and they are prompt at getting things done if you need anything done. This place is Horrible!! Infested with cockroaches and they never come out to fix anything. Bugs come from other peoples apartments and crawl under our door. Disgusting
Bad service do not rent here they dont fix anything
