I purchased a Ness bike several months ago. I use it to commute to work and have put around 800 miles on it. Overall, it is a very good bike with no problems other than a flat tire. I do have concerns. When I received the bike it was missed the tools and back light. I contacted the company and was sort of strung out about when they would be getting the light. Oregon loves its bicyclists! We have a fantastic ride every year called Cycle Oregon where you ride for one week through very scenic parts of the state. And although I would never take an electric bike on the actual ride itself, the ebike has been helping me prep and train for the event for months now.
