I purchased a Ness bike several months ago. I use it to commute to work and have put around 800 miles on it. Overall, it is a very good bike with no problems other than a flat tire. I do have concerns. When I received the bike it was missed the tools and back light. I contacted the company and was sort of strung out about when they would be getting the light.
