Very service oriented. Rose is helpful and patient. They helped me build the right monthly order. Now I won’t run out of my favorite coffee!
Had a really lovely experience at the Nespresso store in Bellevue. Doug took the time to introduce us to a few coffees we hadn’t tried before, and his recommendations were spot on. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping customers explore different flavors. Also want to give a shoutout to the store manager, she was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Great service, great coffee, and a really pleasant in-store experience overall. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

I had great experience with Rosie choosing my coffee machine and learning how works and the amazing options for color, type of coffee to use and testing and smelling the coffee. Highly recommend! Very professional, respectful and knowledgeable! Excellent customer service! Uplifting and inspiring!
