The staff is very friendly and are always looking and ready to assist you.
I was having issues that could not be solved with Nespresso trouble shooting. I called Nespresso and they were terrible. I went into the boutique and Nav and her manager were incredible and guided me through a helpful process. I was under the impression that Nespresso customer service was exceptional. However, that was not my experience. The boutique is wonderful!
