Dr. Nesmith was recommended by my oncologist, and I liked him very much. He's straightforward and forthright, no beating about the bush. Treated and talked to me honestly and bluntly. Did NOT talk down to me. I am an intelligent person and he talked to me that way. Asked my input on a number of things (rather than just lecturing me). Did NOT waste my time.

I like him very much he is very nice and he seems to be very interested in helping me . I know he’s very busy sometimes it’s hard to get an appointment ,
He has a way of making you feel comfortable, tells it to you straight and believes in preventive care. I find him comfortable and can say I trust his judgement on gastro matters. He has been my gastro doctor for last 6 yrs
I saw him in Clayton had two procedures done when I went back to see him again he talked To me about two minutes said there was nothing else he would do and left. I waited for 15 minutes for him to return which he never did. He just left and never returned. I went to The front desk and asked where he was, the just shrugged there shoulders and said they didn’t know. Great way to treat a patient.
