If I could give a negative that would even be better. HIGHLY RUDE customer service from technician Leo ******to my daughter when he was supposed to be fixing a bleach stain in her carpet. Switching stories about patch carpet not matching, when he was supposed to have checked that in the initial estimation inspection. Never told her that they would be different until the day he was fixing her carpet and ALREADY cut the original carpet area out!!! I have been using Nesheim's for years. They do all of my commercial cleaning, residential cleaning and my own personal carpet cleaning. I won't use anyone else. It is a treat to deal with this company and its employees who are diligent, honest and articulate and carefully explain why a spot can or cannot be removed.
Nesheim was extremely helpful when I needed a rug picked up because I couldn't manage it due to an injury, and they even offered, without my requesting it, to deliver another rug at no charge on the same trip. Without their help in this regard, I'd have had to pay for the delay in pickup. Their work, as always, was also excellent, and the service personnel are always friendly and respectful.
Excellent service, friendly and helpful employees and I got a very clean rug too.
Neisheims was great for cleaning my oriental carpets. They were professional, on time, and friendly. I would recommend them and use them again myself.

I have been using Nesheim’s Cleaning for many years to clean my carpets and rugs. They have consistently done a thorough job removing the pet dander and dirt our 2 large dogs have managed to track in. I recently used their tile and grout cleaning service for my bathrooms and laundry room, and was delighted that it turned out so well. I highly recommend Nesheim’s!
