My family, including my 4 year old daughter, has been living at Nesbit since September 1st of this year. About 3 to 4 weeks ago, mold started appearing on the walls of our living room, our closet, and my daughter's closet. It spread to our couch, some clothing and my daughter's beach bag. We reported it and they took an extremely long time to rectify the problem and gave us the run around when we requested to transfer apartments. This apartment complex is infested with roaches. I mean not 1 or 2, but Hundreds per day are seen. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
Moved in on August 1st and the first day the toilet in the second bathroom was leaking so cannot be in use. Still no one has come to fix it �. Also broken drawers and range in the kitchen. The unit does not come with a washer and dryer or microwave like they tell you when you view the model. Think again before renting here.
I've lived here 1 1/2 years and have nothing negative to say. Both management companies were quick and responsive to any concerns. I have always had very pleasant customer service. The place is clean, quiet and safe.
